It's not that your bored, you have to many expectations.
True joy can come from anything. The key is learning to enjoy it. So find something, a clean house, slasher movies, hxtml language, whatever, and enjoy becoming engrossed in it. Take pride in your new obsession.
Then you won't be bored.
