you control the spices and amount of avocado , (a dash of lemon juice can be nice )

btw : when you make a batch , save the seed , place it in the unused portion , and refrigerate , this will help keep it from browning .

Homemade defenelty. I like it that way better because you can try adding different ingrediants to taste. It's always nice to spice things up a little bit.

Definitely make it fresh, the store bought stuff is yukky.

Here's a tip for ripening avacados fast.
Place them in a paper bag with two apples and leave them overnight.

Homemade for sure, and sometimes in certain retaurants. But never that grocery story plastic container variety.

Homemade gua-Ca-MOLE ... it's much fresher and tastier. You also know what's in it. Who knows what the store brought kind has in their product.
