I will try to look it up more and tell you specifics (I love the movie btw). But its a romance and in the end of it, she is supposed to meet him at the Empire State Building, and when she tries to she gets hit by a car and is crippled, and he doesn't know it so he thinks she doesn't love him. Then he comes to her home and somehow realizes it. I've actually seen the end of that movie where that particaular scene takes place. I think it's called an Affair to Remember or something
