Try doing squats and lunges.3 sets of 10 every other day.If you don't naturally have a big butt, there is not much you can do.Buffie the body-That butt is genetic!A gift from God.It's funny.In school I got teased about my big butt now everyone is trying to get a big butt!

Movement :Lunges
Primary Muscles :Front Thighs [ legs ]
Secondary Muscles :Hamstrings & buttocks
Set: 4
Reps:16,14,12,12
Movement Execution:
1. This movement is performed with a dumbbell or a barbell.
2. Stand with a pair of dumbbell in each hand. Be sure to have a straight posture.
3. Keeping your back straight, and your chest thrust out and your head up. Step forward with one foot while the other foot remains on the ground allowing for the heel to come off. Step forward so that your foot is right below your knee at the finish. Push yourself back slowly.
4. Repeat the movement with other foot and so on.
Movement :Machine Leg Curls
Primary Muscles :Rear of Thigh [ hamstrings ]
Secondary Muscles :buttocks
Set: 4
Reps:16,14,12,12
Movement Execution:
1. This movement is performed with leg curl machine. There will be many variations at your gym to choose from.
2. Lie down on your stomach on the machine. Lying stretched out straight, place your ankles behind the pads. You may have to adjust the pad so that it fits at your ankles.
3. Remaining flat on the bench, curl your legs up to your buttocks. Be sure to keep your hips flat on the bench and not to raise them. Hold for a few seconds, contract, then slowly lower the weight back down to the starting position.
4. Repeat the movement.

Movement Execution:
1. This movement is performed with a Smith machine.
2. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. With the bar on the smith machine, step underneath and position the bar across the back of your shoulders. You should position your stance slightly infront of the bar. Keep your head up. Place your arms on either side of the bar.
3. To be able to use the Smith Machine Bar, you must unlock the bar from the hooks, this is usually performed by twisting the bar. Now, keeping your head and your back straight, lower yourself by bending at your knees. Once you are parallel with the ground, pause and without bouncing return to the starting position. Be sure to push with your feet including your heels flat on the ground. Also, do not lean forward if possible.
4. Slowly, come back up to the starting position.
Movement :Sissy Squats
Primary Muscles :Isolate Lower Thighs [ legs ]
Secondary Muscles :Hamstrings & buttocks
Sets:4
Reps:16,14,12,12
Movement Execution:
1. This movement is performed holding on to a stable object at your head level.
2. Stand with your feet close together, knees slightly bent. Grab on to something stable for support.
3. Now, raise to your toes. Now lower yourself to the ground allowing your knees to go further and your torso leaning back. Keep on your toes and feel the stretch in the front thighs. When you reach the point where you heels are touching your buttocks, pause.
4. Slowly, come back up to the starting position pushing once again only with your toes, try to use your support with your hand only for balance and not to lift yourself up. Contract your thighs fully at the top and repeat the movement.
