Judging by your previous "fetish" questions, the answer you want from women is: fingernails.
You won't get it. I've talked to quite a few women that fought off an attacker and they used fists, knees, kicks, elbow jabs, blunt objects at hand, keys, heels, the base of the palm, screaming, etc.
I haven't talked to any men about this (men get raped too, duh) so I can't give any insights.

it wasnt a rapist it was a guy at skool who wqanted to bash me up, i just punched him in the guts (he was a sook, so he imnmidiatly went down) and then went up a tree untill someome came
