Why america doesnt make efforts to spread democracy and help helpless people instead of tyrants in countrieswhose leaders are rather kings never to step down(Eritrea,Ethiopia,Uganda,Egypt,.....more) ?

well it is china (even japan said the US will lose if we figth china)
well it will just make more war but the real reason is that there is no point in putting money in a country when you can not take something back (ie iraq = oil)
