I usually think he is funny. I've seen him do some things on his show that I didn't think were as funny as he obviously thought they were but overall he is funny.
The first week that I ever watched his talk show he had Kathy Lee Gifford as his guest host and they were freaking hilarious together. I actually sometimes think he is funnier when he has a partner. The funniest Regis and Kelly that I've ever seen was one where Jimmy was subbing for Regis. I think they should fire Regis and hire Jimmy.
