It is normal to swell that far into the pregnancy but this sounds abnormal so I would call the Dr and let the nurse know what is going on and she will either get you in sooner or let you know what you can do...I would go in ASAP or at least call ASAP

I was borderline Toxemia (high-blood pressure) the last few months of my pregnancy & my breasts, nipples, groin area, hands, wrists, ankles, & toes were all swollen. The last week of pregnancy I was officially diagnosed with Toxemia. At this stage in your pregnancy, I would call your local Labor & Delivery & share your concerns. If they feel it's urgent they'll recommend you come in for a midnight visit. If not, then you'll be able to rest easy tonight. I bugged my L&D nurses & Doc. several times a month. That's what they're there for... Better safe than sorry... Sleep well & be healthy.

well i have had 3 kids and never had i had swollen nipples or purple, well towards the end of my pregancy my hole tit swoll, but the purple i would ask the doctor and it may just be your milk glands filling up, and the spot by your pubic area i would not wait, i would call the doctor or nurse and tell them what is going on and your appointment isnt till next friday but you feel there is something wrong and you want to come in a.s.a.p and have it checked, dont take no chances call your doctor and demand to get in

you should definately call your doctor. any unusal pain can be signs of something major. I am also 7 months pregnant and my feet and hands swell to the point of pain but my doctor says that's normal, but she also said if n e other part of my body starts to swell to call her immediately. so like i said call your doctor or go to the ER A.S.A.P. good luck i hope all is well for you
