Saw it on IMAX. About 20 min. of it were 3D, which was cool.
The movie is good, but I would give it an 8 because:
- a good part of it is basically a remake of Donner's Superman.
- Routh mirrors Reeves while playing Clark, but is not as effective, although he is good as Superman.
- I feel that part of what the story postulates is not in character with the traditional values of Superman, the comic book superhero.
- Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane? Doesn't hold a candle up to Margot Kidder. She's not bad in the movie, but...meh.
- Kevin Spacey's performance is uneven. I felt that he was overacting sometimes...can't explain it.
Great things, apart from the special effects: Routh is hot, and the movie is romantic.
People should see it. I will - again.
Superman IS back. Yeah!

Was not so great.
I give it a 3 out of 10.
I could go on and on about things not making sense. The Graphics. The lack of action. Superman's kid. How lois lane takes her kis with her while investigating stories. No one relaizes Clark and Superman come back at the same time. The villian is Lex Luthor...AGAIN!How only one plane is affected by the blackout...Kate Bosunworthy was horrible as Lane. Spacey..equally bad.
Brandon Routh was excellent though. HE DID GREAT.

9 for bryan singer who made such a fantastic ressurection of Superman!
brandon routh is perfect as superman but not that interesting as clark kent.

-10. Just because i don't like the actor. Tom Welling would had bee a much better choice. IF not THE perfect choice for the role.
