i didnt listen to my shrink
and things ended up pretty mad i did the total opposite of wat he said to do. now im really stressed and i cant talk to him about it cuz u no i didnt listen, help!!!!!!

You should tell him, because you pay him to listen to you, not judge you. Then you both can explore why you did the opposite of what he said. Its a learning about yourself thing, and helps you take responsiblity for your actions.
