i am slim and all but my stomach is big and when i suck it in its very skinny but when i dont its bloated (? i think something like that..) well how do i make my stomach flat? i am not fat. and its not stomach fat. maybe my stomach stretched because i eat alot cause i have high motabolism. help!?

try pilates, it workes WAYYYY better than traditional crunches.

Maybe do some crutches when you can.
Try not to eat fattning things like fast food places and try to eat healther things like vegtables and fruits when you can.
Go on a diet some and excersize.

Crunches are really supposed to help with that.
