I just want to know a store, thats not online, to buy handcuffs.

I wouldn't recommend an adult store as the variety that they sell tend to be of lower quality. A police supply or uniform store would seem to work best. Military surplus probably would work as well. Be sure to go for a quality brand (Smith & Wesson, Peerless) that allows for double-locking.

I don't know where you're located, but when I lived in Baltimore, Maryland, I could get military handcuffs from Sunny's Surplus down on Howard Street (I'm not sure if it's still there anymore, though...)
Try walking up to the counter of a military surplus store with a pair of black steel handcuffs, a nightstick & some clothesline - you should have seen the ear-to-ear grin on the face of the sales clerk!

Look under law enforcement supplies, gun shops etc, that cater to law enforcement. You should be able to buy the good ones.
You might also find the novelty type at an adult store, or toy store!

An army surplus store, a uniform store or Kmart (the ones with the shot guns) according to my boyfriend. I did not even know he researched it that much

Check your local yellow pages for law enforcement suppliers. they will carry a complete line. ALSO SOME GUN STORE SCARRY THEM AS WELL AS MANY VENDORS AT GUN SHOWS. OU CAN ALSO LOOK UP GAILS ONLINE GET A PHONE NUMBER AS WELL AS A COMPANY CALLED SOUTHWEST PUBLIC SAFETY AND CALL THEM THEY TAKE PHONE ORDERS.

We bought ours at Wal-Mart in the toy isle. They were by the toy guns, holsters, caps and that kind of stuff.

well they prolly have them at all sex stores....like in vegas theres like 3 every block...but i dont know where u live so i cant tell u an exact store
