Yes, it is normal for a 13 year old boy to jack off because at that time they are going through phases of being a teenager to being adults. Also it is to be said that anyone who jacks off and masterbates will have a healthy sex life.

Yes, this is perfectly normal for a boy at this age to do so. I went through the same thing you are going through at this age. Masturbating is perfectly normal and healthy for a person to do. I am 20 single a virgin and masturbate myself still. It just a part of life that you are entering and nothing wrong with it at all.
