Hi, well it depends in what situation. A mother is there to comfort and guide a child. A father is there to talk to about anything going on in your life that doesn't deal with emotions.

However, I do find that most people tend to stick with their father cause they see him less- always working. But nowadays, with mothers working it could go both ways.

whoever you feel more close with. i know some fathers that would do anything for their daughters and are completely there of them. but with mom, you share something- you are both women! so....

when my mom died..i realized that no one is preferable..they're both important and must be loved back..they are like two small rivers that combine to make a bigger one..my life.
