You probably can't gain that much height, but stretching and good posture (yoga is good for both) will increase your actual height by a bit and your apparent height by a bit. You might want to consider why you want to be taller, too, and find a way to like whatever height you have.
I'm 5' 10-1/2" and used to want to be 6 feet!

You are probably through growing. Yoga helps you reach your potential height because you stretch the body to it's natural length and strenghten the muscles that keep you straight. You will measure from 1/2 to 2 inches taller.

No, you're done growing.
What I can suggest for you is yoga, and going to a trainer who can help you readjust your posture, gait, and body mechanics. You can look taller by carrying yourself well. It also helps to wear clothes that make you look tall. I don't know what they are, but I'm guessing no more graphics on your clothes. No mid length sleeves or pants. Work out and tone your body. Get the right haircut that won't make your height look choppy. Go for clean and long. Just an opinion. I'm just an ordinary dude.

Not really most women stop growing by the age of 18 and yoga wont help you grow, all it basically does is give you good posture so you'll be able to stand taller.

What you want & what your going to get are to separate things. If you have stopped growing there is not too much that can be done about it,except wear high heels.Or else you could go to a doctor who specializes in growth. You can have your hands x-rayed to see if the bone tips have sealed off . if they have then that would indicate that you have stopped growing.I went to a doctor that specializes in growth myself, because I was not growing like i should at the age of Nine I could literally sleep inside a guitar case. It took me almost until my nineteenth birthday, before I reached my final height of 4ft9in.If you have not stopped growing & your bone tipss haven't sealed off a specialist could probably give you some growth hormone if they deemed it neccessary. Good luck in your quest for height!!!

It IS possible! Just eat well and take care of yourself. Somehow at age 26 I grew another inch! I never knew it was possible. When talking about it, I found others who had grown as much as 2 inches in their 20's.

I think it's still possible. Your bones still need a little more time to fuse. In addition to yoga you may want to try Pilates. Just a suggestion.

I believe women stop growing on average at age 18. You can always get surgery done to extend your legs.

Forget it---just quackery. Height is a function of heredity, hormonal balance and nutrition. If you are normal for your age, considering these factors, there is little you can do---you can take growth hormones but they have latent side effects.
