Get into a younger mentality! Have fun. Get together with some of your friends for a girls night out and laugh it up! If you lived around me, I'd go have coffee with you or watch a funny movie. I'm a fun person and tend to get everyone having a good time. Heck, just getting out of the darn house makes me happy! Lol!!!! Good luck hon! I hope you feel better soon! :)

Okay kids, enough complaining about being 25. Start volunteering in an old folks home and you will start feeling glad to 1) be able to control your bowels; 2) be able to taste and smell what you eat; 3) be able to move as you like; 4) be able to drive, etc.

There are plenty of challenges to being young, but really, get a perspective on life! Get out there and do all the fun things you can go when you're young!

Prabobly you are don't know how feeling is if you are be 55 old (I will be have 55 in November). Better keep 25 and go to having a good time. Life is very short.

Get more good rem sleep at night. Don't stress yourself out by worrying about every little thing. Eat right and get plenty of excersize and get yourself out of the house and involved with peopole.

pamper yourself, also eat healthy balanced meals and excersize helps so much- like they say beauty and happiness comes from inside-so does our young side
