Til I just couldn't boogie no more...but I got over it. I also had the rockin' pnuemonia and the boogie woogie flu, cat scratch fever, boogie fever and Saturday Night Fever. I saw Dr. Feelgood and I'm All Right Now!!!

Yes, I did twice!
In Jamaica in 1988. I boogied- and oogied all night long, it was great when you boogie oogie your legs get tired besides that I highly recommend it. This Jamaican experience is one I’ll never forget, I met the coolest people that knew how to really boogie oogie, oogie. Along with this trip was blessed to relax with more than a few remarkably nice “buds”- oh yes, Jamaica man, a place to boogie...
Followed by that was in ‘99 in the Keys. Island music was jammin’ on the ocean side of key Largo and again, I had the urge to boogie, oogie oogie, almost all night long. The bands were local and pretty funky- lots of drums and get this a bunch older (60+) people were boogie oogie oogieing right along with us. This one "older" (65 or so) women even said "I LOVE TO BOOGIE OOGIE"
They key to this pleasure is to drink some alcoholic beverages, I'd say about 4 maybe 5- and not just beer, always have your “buds“. Additionally, the "I don't give a sh*t what anyone thinks" attitude must accompany the boogie oogie, oogie excellent times. And they are to be found all over the world!
SO... yup I did, and those are the short stories about my boogie days.
Side Note: I think perhaps I’ve done it before and just don’t remember... I bet I did furthermore I bet it was fantastic. If the memory comes back I'll tell another little story.

my girlfriends from TX and i used to go out to this cheesy *** club, but they had a disco bar with a pretty cool DJ that was all about requests. we would usually take over the lit up dance floor get some Blondie,pet shop boys and bee gees going and it was on. Oh yes we boogie oogie boogied till we just couldn't boogie no mo'!!!!!!!!!!!! memories in the corner of my mind...........
