I've discovered the perfect exercise to tighten that loose belly faster than anything I've ever tried. The only things you'll need is a basketball, a comfortable chair and a hard surface. Sit on the edge of the chair with your legs spread out as far as they can go in the opposite dirrection. Hold your stomache in and your buttocks tight. Sit straight as if your head was trying to reach the ceiling. Bounce the ball in between your legs keeping your elbows touching your sides. The only thing moves is your waist and your lower arms from the elbow down. twist side to side as you bounce the ball. You can do this while watching your favorite tv show. Before you know it an hour have past and your stomach feels as though you did 1000 ab rolls. Do this everyday or every other day without fail and after two weeks I know you'll see results. Keep it going with a sensible diet. You'll see more results.

Nope, you can exercise all you want -- the tummy muscles are gonners. A tummy tuck is the only thing that will work. But be aware, this is a really aweful surgery from which to recover. It works, and you'll like the outcome, but you have about 3-4 weeks of hell during recovery....

You should excercise and then get a tummy tuck, because even with all the exercise it wont take away the FLAB.And with the dangers surgery cases in some cases you don't want to risk it.

I've heard that you can't get a flat tummy again, but this lady seems to think you can tone them up again:

A lot of people don't have the will power to put in the work that it takes to get a flatter stomach, but I'm pretty sure you could get it pretty flat if you really stick with it.

Exercise 100%. If you work it off and eat right you will keep it off. I had a gastric bypass and I didn't learn how to eat correctly so I have to go back and learn the right way to fix my eating problems.
