Not at all. The media distorts things, they want a story. Also, after blaming almost everything on rich white men and poor black men, they need yet another evil group of people.

it's true....depending on which area, you find drugs, around here it's more pot than crack, weapons, and a lack of control. Don't know when schools became such a pit, but the whole system needs to be changed.
