For the record, it's Elk Grove Village. I used to live near there. It is at the northwest corner of O'Hare airport, one of the busiest airports in the country, so there will be lots of airplanes taking off and landing. If the noise isn't a problem for you, it is a fairly nice area.

Not really. It is a highly industrial Area. A better place to stay would be any one of the marriott's or hiltons in the Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights Area and then take the Metra Downtown.

it is elk grove and i lived there for 35 yrs what do u wnat to know about i will be glad to tell you
