You need to get a lawyer ASAP and compile a case on him, such as adultery, using you for a greencard without your knowing, etc. Get a job before you leave and start saving money. Demand custody, take your kid and go stay with relatives before you can get back on your feet. It may seem hard, but it's best not to think about his feelings, just act! I hope everything works out for you!

have you tried handcuffing him and beating the hell outta him
well if you havent then you should, then he'll ask you for a divorce but if you have a banking account go get some money in cash not a creditcard and not a check, cash so it cant be backchecked as a device to see where you have been and where you are headed go to a relative that stays off and will let you stay with them until you are on your feet and when you land on your feet do everything legally. Get an attorney, mail the divorce papers to him and try to get half of everything.
R U Just could tie him down and Torture his ***!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should start socking some money away, if you haven't already. Enough to live on while you find a job and a permanent place to live. Work on your skills so that you can find and keep a good job. Do you have any friends or family you can trust and who know about your situation? Maybe they can give you advice, but be careful who you trust, you don't want your husband getting wind of what you have planned. Just be strong, and be prepared for when you take that jump. Don't be afraid. Best of luck to you.

Leave taking everything you can. Any gifts that were to you are yours. You may need to seek out a women's shelter or family that he isn't familiar with...

Something you should investigate is depending on your location, you may qualify to kick him out and keep the house especially if you have children... Your best bet is to plan your leaving and get legal advise before you do... women's shelters will be able to help give you legal advise or know lawyers that will take you on as a client with little or no fee (often the fees are paid by social agencies)...

Be careful and best wishes

You may have to seek a safe house to go to and find help.
You will have to find work and support for yourself and an attorney to help you with the legal end of it.
I wish you the best. If you are in the USA you can call your local sheriffs dept for finding a safe house and a way to get there.

If you leave take everything you want, and he will figure it out when he comes home and finds stuff is gone, but be a woman if you can, tell him you want out, unless you think he might become violet, then I wouldn't tell him ****

Wow is your English a bit lacking here. I'm sure if you leave, he will figure out that you are gone.... you don't have to tell him you are gone ...likely he'll notice in a few days. Can't really figure out what you are asking, sorry........

Sure, you should probably leave, but unless you are in danger why are you not telling him. You have a child together, that seems kinda wrong.
