Hitler. Definitely. I'm not a Jew, but I accept them; they are people just like us! Look at what he did, what he caused, all the pain and deaths.....how can that not make a person ugly? The insanity.....he had no remorse....all the sin......it's so ugly. Looks say nothing about a person. An ugly person can be so beautiful on the inside, and even the most beautiful person can make you want to kill yourself. Even the prettiest rose has thorns. My answer is still Hitler, because of how grotesque, despicable, and truly ugly he is inside. His actions spoke louder than any words ever could. He is ugly.
