aging on (or off) - Turns the aging process off or on
kaching - 1000 simoleans
slowmotion - Puts the game in slow motion. Enter any number that 0 through 8 (0=fastest and 8=slowest)
StretchSkeleton - makes your sims larger or smaller
social_debug - You can tell what social reaction will happen before you do it
intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims 8 - You can invite more people to your parties.

do you mean PS2 sims bustin out?
if so i have the full motive gnome which ensures that all your needs are met all the time

if you type move_objects on then go to buy mode you can delete the sim then go to neighborhood go back to the sims house and they will be standing outside with all needs maxed out.

first of all you must press ctrl+shift+c
then you type in (boolprop testingcheatsenabled true)
you can type it in when you first enter create-a-sim and it will unlock cool things
you also type it in when you are in a neighborhood
when you are in play mode you left click(or it might be right click) and you will have plenty of options
