I wake up every morning wondering if I'm still able to feel my legs. I broke my back and neck in 1992 and have had 4 surgeries to repair them. Doctors told me that someday I'll wake up and possibly not feel anything from waist down. So far, so good. then i look over to my wife and thank the good lord I have her and the kids. Because if I didn't have them through all these yrs. I really don't think I would have made it this far.

i don't want to get up... at least that's what i'm thinking during the week... weekends are a little different... it's more like a 'leave me alone' when my son comes and wakes me up at 6 am

Charley Horse usually wakes me,

It's bizarre but a song, a different one every morning, plays in my head. Don't know why, one day it can be Gwen Stefani another day it can be Bread, whoa weird.

Depends on the song playing on my clock radio. Usually my thought goes "Hmm...good song. *sings along* oh man I gotta pee."
Or it's "AH! This sucks!" *Smacks snooze button with fury* Then I crawl back into bed...then "oh man, I gotta pee."
