I don't know your native language but this is asking which do you like best?
1. Learning new things and changing what you must do at work
or
2. Doing the same one or two things every day over and over at work

Most employers want you to be open to learning a lot of new things. That tells them that you are willing to take on new challenges... which makes you a better candidate for promotions. If you are only skilled at one or two things, you can expect to remain in the same position for many years.

With this question you have two choices:

1. Are you someone who likes to continually learn new things? (for example, my husband loves to research on the internet, and now he knows a little bit about nearly everything).

---OR---

2. Are you someone who would rather focus your energy on one subject and become an expert at that subject.

good luck to you!

It is asking you to say if you 1) like to do many different tasks while you are working and change what you are doing a lot or 2) do a small number of tasks that you can become very good at doing while you are working.

it basically means do you want to learn alot of new things on this job and use them sometimes, or would you prefer to learn to do one or two things well and use them all the time.
