i think u right refs do look after big names and no Ukraine will lose just look at Italy's last game against Australia that was not a fair call

Well the world is no longer watching 32 teams we are watching 8 and referee's will be more so under the spotlight as fans and media from around the world focus on the few remaining matches, so it would be a vain, ignorant or purely stupid referee to indulge in the standards that have been shown so far. Hopefully FIFA have pulled their fingers out of their bottoms and allocated officials that can do the job at world class standards, leaving us not to have to worry about those sorts of issues and able to enjoy great matches.
I think Ukraine, in their first cup have been great and there is no reason why they can not win if they play to their potential. What a wonderful tournament they have had. I hope they can win and go further. Italy have the experience sure but have not exactly set the world on fire yet. Totti's fitness is yet to be tested and Nesta is still out, so I say no, not a waste of time for the Ukraine, the experience will be invaluable to them and yes to do they have a chance.

If the referring continues the way it has been, I believe Italy will be granted tons of advantages. but maybe Ukraine can win.

it is possible for any team to beat any other team. the ref should ref as normal. if he does the game can go ether way. my tip is italy 3-0
