wake up about 20 minutes early, do exercises for those 20 mins, get your shower. This wakes you up and makes you feel more active during the day i find. ;)
then before going to bed, do about 20-30 minutes. This gets you a little worn out and ready for bed. =)
(This gets you the time you need to be active during the day and doesnt cost a thing =P )
Also watch the amount of fast food and soda ;)
Dont skip meals this actually can make you gain weight
Instead make your meals alittle smaller, don't eat until you are stuffed, try to stop once you are full
Also if you eat small meals through the day instead of just 3 big meals it can help with weight loss, this way your body doesnt feel that it has to store food as fat.

I am a big eater, too. What I found that I really like is a tape set called The Firm. It works everything, and it's fun once you learn it. Try looking it up on the internet. Also, I try...and I say try because I really have to push myself to exercise...but I try to do the 10 minute pick your spot pilates. It does wonders for my stomach, which "they" call the core, and you use your core for everything. You will start to see a difference, and doing it at home is always more comfortable.

if you can go to a gym at least 3 times a week a good cardio program will help you loose those extra pounds, use treadmill & stationary bike for 45 minutes per session if you can 30 minutes a day of any cardio is also a good idea.

Drink lots of water, fill up on fruits and veggies and still have the food that you love, just watch your portions, and you have to sweat!!! Try swimming, walking, anything that gets you moving. Stop drinking all kinds of pop (even diet sorry) and you will lose 5 lbs just by doing that.

I think the best thing to do is get active and lose the pop and sweets.

make a cd of really fast music and dance. crazy. i do it each day and ive lost 5 pounds in 1 week!

get a health magazine and read up on it they have tons of artciels and recipes for certain foods to do certain things for your body. and they have tons of exercises for you to do so i recomend that
