The purpose of corking a wooden bat is to remove weight without changing the bat's size. Since an aluminum bat is hollow, putting cork in it would actually add weight - in effect, doing exactly the opposite of what corking is supposed to accomplish.

You will need a 7 3/4 circular bi-polar seasaw.

Put the bat into a 10 1/4 visicular hijackist vicegrip at a 37.408 degree angle.

Turn the bat inside out upside down with the handle of the bat turned sideways.

Shake & bake until tender.

Once done, unscrew the top, empty out all the aluminum.

Replace with a Type2ClassBStyle0 cork filler.

In order for this to work correctly it must be done at midnight of a full moon.

you won't be in a position to cork the aluminum bat. What you're able to do to cut back down on vibrations is have a thicker tape on the cope with and thicker gloves. additionally by potential of swinging the full way threw it will make one good circulate and the vibrations won't final as long. by potential of corking it you need to eliminate the suitable and the bat is definitely no longer the comparable. attempt a clean bat if that doesn't artwork.

I Would also like to know how to do it? Vibrations when hitting with a metal bat kills my hands and makes me hit with batting gloves, to hopefully dampen the vibrations, but are ineffective and makes me feel uncomfortable when hitting.

If I put cork in the barrel of the handle it should help. When you get a good answer how to do it, can you please let me know by email or something?

haha, I wouldn't try that. Aluminum bats to do not get any better if they are "corked." It will probably ruin the bat.
