I havent heard criss angel until i start watching his show a couple of weeks ago and im like "omg.." how on earth....
after i 've done my research on him, alot of people critiziing him as he's a fake or david blaine's wanna be. he hired the street pedestrians to co-operate wit his tricks and so as the camera man, but i still refused to believe it. how can he walk on water and fly witout wings...?

Lately, Chriss Angel has been impressing me more than David Blaine. My brother just saw Blaine levitate in NYC and said it was amazing though...
The sad thing is..they are both "illusionists" so none of it is real! :(

I'll take Blaine of Criss Angel. There was a special a few years back that revealed alot of magicians secrets, and the masked magician revealing it was supposedly David Blaine. He exposed that whole legitation thing as an illusion of the camera and the cooperation of the audience. I saw Angel do the same stunt, except for it was on top of a building. I figure tv is just another tool in helping create the illusion, so I definately don't believe alot of the stuff Criss Angel is doing.

I used to love the David Blaine street magic shows on cable / ABC during the summer but like the rock and roll attitude of Criss Angel and illusions. I make an effort to watch or tape Criss on Wednesdays so my vote is for him.

David Blaine has a better production/presentation when doing his specials. Criss Angel seems to be low budget in comparison. I've heard of Blaine years before Criss Angel, but then again I heard of Copperfield years before Blaine (it's all relative).
And how do they do that stuff? Like it was said before, they're illusionists, really good ones. On Blaine's specials he focuses on feats of will and endurance.

I think Criss Angel makes David Blaine look like just what he is, a glorified stunt man that does a few parlor tricks. Anybody can almost drown themselves in a giant fishbowl, but can they float from one building to another?

Criss Angel is the Marilyn Manson of magicians!
David Blane is actually somewhat more believable!
Criss Angel is way out there and so hard to believe, but David Blane keeps it real!
Actually, I could care less for either of them...LOL!!!
But that's my opinion!
