Im not a sprint employee but I am a long time customer. I have recently rocked them on their retention program and know how to get things like nights at 6, free pcs to pcs and free power vision.

Had occasion to file complaint against Sprint with the FCC and Ohio PUCO, but one good out come was a Sprint "up the food chain" person that was even human, (not a customer-no-service type) she may be of some help. Her name is: Christine Holguin @ 1-877-875-7505 between 9 am and 5 pm Central Time. She is in the office of Executive & Regulatory Services Dept.
Would prefer you don't know where that info came from, OK?
