certified nursing assistant here i know how and i have saved 3 lives with the knowledge of first aid and CPR :)

Like c_c_runner88, i'm a lifeguard...so i know CPR and first aid...thank god i've never had to use it though (except for doctoring little kid's scrapes). I hope i never have to use it in an emergency situation.
P.S. I agree with c_c_runner88..being a lifeguard is a great job..especially during the summer. Teaching swim lessons is also cool.

Yes I do. I am a lifeguard. However, I've never needed to use it. The most I do is sit on a tall chair and get tan and tell people not to run and then take a nap every half hour.....yeah, my job is awesome.

i nearly did, but im only 16 so the ppl around me thought i was too young and some 2o-something year old did it even though they were newly trained and ive had my qualifications for a few years now and ive used the emergency first aid and ive put people in the recovery position but havent done the CPR and EAR yet. :(

Yes, I do know how. I have been certified for four years. I am starting Nursing School so I have to take a re-cert class, but no, thank goodness, I have never had to use it.
