I would double check in manual below - Link
Older outboards used many different ratios -
16 to 1
20 to 1
24 to 1
And some - for example - my old Sea King used regular 30wt motor oil with a mix ratio of 24 to one.
But I reccomend using todays 2-stroke oils BUT at the mix that hiawatha reccomends.

I would'nt use anything other than 50:1 (3 oz of oil to every gallon of gas) I've had a boat for 16 years !

those older 2-strokes enjoyed a 32:a million mixture. I run an old 2-stroke backyard Boy on 50:a million with the latest guy made oil. apply it to my 40:a million weedwacker and my 50:a million snowblower and leaf blower.

I used to have an old Evinrude and I believe I used to mix it 16:1

Probably between 30:1 and 40:1
You can buy a manual or parts on ebay or ask a seller if they know.
