Take a job that is below whatever it is you are qualified to do. McDonald's, 7-11, gas station attendant, pizza delivery, whatever. There has to be someone out there that will give you some type of job. Mow lawns in your neighborhood if that's what it takes.

Why have you been denied unemployment? Did you quit a job or get fired or have you not worked enough hours to get unemployment benefits?

Why can't you find work? Are you being too picky? Are you looking for high paying jobs that you are not qualified for?

I am an older woman with a half decent education and when I can't find a job in my field, I take whatever I can get. I have take minimum wage jobs when nothing else was available.

I know so many young people today that haven't even graduated from high school and they say they won't work for minimum wage. Go figure.

Anyway, if you have truly looked for work that you are qualified for and have exhausted all other avenues, you may have to go on welfare. Welfare is not a dirty word unless you are just a lazy bum who doesn't want to work. If a person truly needs help then they shouldn't feel bad for getting a little help until things turn around for you.

If you truly want a job, I wish you the best and hope things go well for you.

Expand the type of jobs you apply for...as an example. Deliver pizza
while your looking for something better. Some of those guys do pretty well and it's all cash too, plus the occasional pizza. No vehicle? Then try Starbucks. Need alot of money? Starbucks in the Morning and Pizza at night!

Don't give up and don't give in. Keep praying and let GOD handle it for you. That's the mistake we people make, thinking we can do all things by ourselves. If we stop we will find that sometimes being still and letting GOD take over is the best move you can make. I have struggled and done things I'm not proud of cause I'm not perfect. Yet I have also seen blessings happen once you give it to GOD and keep your faith. He has never let me down and he won't let you down either. "When I saw one set of footprints I knew then it was you LORD who carried me..."

have a garage sale..start a business or do white-collar work..sell stuff on ebay..learn to repair computers, cars or another skill..some places can teach you for free if you qualify...if you can raise some money consider running a hot-dog truck, or one of those icee trucks..working at a fast food restaurant isn't a bad idea but depending on ur field strive to earn better qualifications (certifications etc.) ot practice those skills

Lower your work standards. Take any job that you can get. Keep applying for the jobs you "Want" and someday hopefully one will come through. But until then, you have to take what you can get.

Get a job or prepare to loose some weight.

You're not going to get one by sitting at your computer at Yahoo! Q & A!
