Its like 100 degrees in my room, I've got fans blowing and all the lights are off, what else can I do?

Put a couple of window fans at the opposite end of the house from your bedroom blowing out. They will draw cooler air in your open bedroom window.

Sit in a chair and place your feet in a bucket of cold water.
Wet some hand towels wring them out lay them over your arms and legs.
Wipe your face and back of neck constantly.

put on a leather jacket and watch Happy Days re-runs.....try a fan, they are only about $15
