you don't-you're too young for dating and no mom of a 10 year old girl would let their daughter "date" anyway.
you've got plenty of time ahead of you, enjoy the "kid" years.

You is too young to be think that. But I wil help for the future. Talk to the girl, get to know- she if she you style, hot a good person to be at least friends with, or any more. When you still wanna give it a try-flirt with her. Girls love flirting w/ guys(at least i do). If she flirt back or start flirting w/ you that's a good sign. Now before you ask her out, get to know her friends-What she really likes, what she like in a guy, would you be the one, IS SHE SINGLE? If it's good sign & she is single. Go for it but before you do. You gotta ask your parents if it is okay. Because you don't wanna be knock out because you asked a girl out.When they approve. Next time you she the girl, Ask her for her # so ya'll can talk on the phone privately. When you get to know her alot & she does the same w/ you, one day you be on the phone talk about relationship. Try to give her clues that you like her. If you go to hard she thing you going too far (not alot of girls like push on boys).When you ready & you think the tme is rite ask her out. IF YOU ARE READY. If you have a feelin it's not the time change the subject. Okay? That's what you can do.

He doesnt, you shouldnt even be thinking about that sort of thing. If you are , ask her to sit by you at lunch in school, or go to the library with you, or go out for an ice cream cone after school. Thats the most you should be thinking about at your age. Give it time, you will be a teenager eventually.

I am a teacher of 10 year old kids. The way my students do it is on the playground and ask a friend to ask her out for you. It works for them!
