seriously, save the convo and send it to www.break.com
they've had people do that with AOL, and a soldier from Iraq did it with HP because they wouldnt help him with his printer unless he paid. www.break.com put the video of the soldier and the audio from the AOL call and put them on their site. eventually it made their way to the news and AOL and HP quickly apologized and gave some compensation. major retailers cant afford to have bad things about their customer support all over the media.

Call their toll-free number and request a supervisor. Or, you can write a letter to the Corporate Office - Consumer Division.

If you REALLY want to complain. Find out who the companies
CEO, President or Owner is and send a registered letter directly to them (they'll never see an e-mail).

Write a letter, put a stamp on it, and put it in the mail. Companies respond to effort. A phone call, e-mail, or yelling at the clerk does nothing.
