1. Go out to the country where there are cows.
2. Watch out for the dog that's inevitably around.
3. If you make it past the person who owns the cows gun, go to the field or pasture the cow is in.
4. Walk very quietly up to the cow. Remember, they have good ears so walk barefoot.
5. If it is asleep, it will be laying down. You'll have to wake it up. If it is awake, sneak up behind it and grab it by the tail.
6. After you pick your teeth up from the ground (a cow can kick backward and sideways) run the cow down. The cow will probably be going about 15 mph. Watch out for slippery cow patties, holes, stickers, weeds and cow trails as you run. Grab the tail again and start running. Pull the tail sideways as you run. The cow only weighs about 1500 lbs. so pull hard. Don't worry about the bull in your back pocket. It won't hurt too much when he sends you flying.
7. You can choose to pick on a calf because they're lighter, but they're also faster. This time watch out for the cow and the bull as a cow is very protective of her baby.
8. You may want to call an ambulance in advance because if the dog doesn't bite you, the owner doesn't shoot you, the cow doesn't trample you or the bull gore you, you're probably going to get hurt somehow. But have fun anyway!

Cow sleep on their feet. sneak in with them pick a cow get a running start and hit the broadside. They normally wake up before the hit the ground. have fun

get tanked at some frat party and then drive out with a half dozen of your most brainless friends to some nearby farmer's field.
While the rest of the group watches from a safe distance, the two most daring lunatics take off their shoes, climb over the fence, sneak up on a dozing cow, push, and then ran like hell.

Sneak up on a cow that's facing downhill and give it a hard push.
I don't condone the activity, it's rough on the cow.
