Sickle Beta Thalassaemia related Anemia probably started with
chronic dehydration and an improper gut pH balance of minerals and flora.

To address the amemia, I would change my diet to mostly raw vegetables and fruits and eliminate dairy.

To address dehydration and remineralization, I would drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a pinch of unrefined sea salt every day. Also switch your table salt to sea salt.

Drink a shot glass of carrot juice with a tablespoon of raw uniltered apple cider vinegar with a dash of cinnamon every morning.


Add a Folic Acid plus DHEA supplements to your diet.
