That URL is registered with Network Solutions. They must have paid extra to not publish their company\owner's name.

In the upper right hand corner of their webpage (the godhatesfags one) there is a "Contact Us" button that takes you to a page with a load of rules about contacting them. Towars the bottom, there is a working "Contact Us" link. They don't reveal their e-mail address.
Just looking at the god forsaken horror of a web page made me feel dirty, I gotta go take a shower.
