I think you should examine the reasons why you want to make people jealous. It sounds like you need to validate yourself by hurting other people, which isn't good. The best way to make people jealous is to be content in your own skin...and then you won't care if they're jealous or not.

I've learned that people who make others jealous always get belittled until they question there confidence in thereselves
