Ah, break up sex. It is easy to do this because you are familiar with each other. But as you say, when you have sex there is no connection like you used to have. You'll miss him as long as you are available for him. It takes time to get over a long term relationship break up, and things will feel weird for a while. Do what you love to do (hobbies, take courses, hang out with friends, do sports if that's your thing, go on a few little day trips or something), be your own best friend and not only will you feel great, you'll likely also run into somebody new. Who knows?

You're lonely and you are missing what you once had. But people grow and change all the time and you can't go back.
You just need to move on and meet new people. You will be ok, just give it some time and distance from him.
If you don't feel that connection anymore, don't try to force it. You will just end up back where you are now.
Good luck.

It's scary to be alone, and you don't know when you will have another meaningful relationship. But as long as you are hanging on to this one, you will never find the one that you are meant to be with. You know deep down that you don't want this man, there is a reason why you broke up in the first place. Focus on that.

Your heart knows it is over, but sometimes we get comfortable and it is hard to start new with someone else. That is probably why you feel like you want him back. You are just a little nervous about getting back into the dating game. Don't worry but don't sleep with him again.

You're just afraid of what's "out there"... Take a leap of faith and get with another guy. It doesnt have to be another relationship but just someone to show you a good time and take your mind off of the old boyfriend. You need to just cut all ties with the guy.

Your problem is that you don't want to be alone. You don't miss him. You miss having a boyfriend. He is your ex for a reason. Remember that and move on.
