Hair can change color and can do so drastically without any apparent reason. Your diet, your health and wellness, and other things can determine what color your hair may become. For example, patients who receive chemotherapy often loose their hair. When the hair returns it is more often than not a completely different color than before. Remember that the largest component of hair is what is called keratin. This is a protein that forms in the skin, hardens and grows through your hair root. Any alteration in your skin or hair roots whether due to diet, health, chemotherapy, or otherwise, your hair can change color.

Yes... in a sense.

If you have (say) blonde hair, and do not go out in the sun as regularly as you may have previously, it will darken. Conversely, it will lighten if you go out more.

Of course, aging can cause any color to go gray or white.

Sometimes, people have a hint of color (like a natural gray streak) that develops as one matures [enlarges, spreads].

A child, sometimes, is born with black or red hair, but it quickly develops into blonde or brown hair...

So, yes, hair can change naturally to another color... there are probably more ways than I've mentioned....

Peace.
