The Loved One by a band called the Loved Ones, who were also from Australia. There are two versions, one on Inxsive which is a little slower and one on Kick, which is the version you have.

On the greatest hits album 'INXSIVE ' the song The Loved One" was a Loved Ones cover. It was later redone and released on Kick
