yes you can. My first child I still had my period for 4 months into the pregnancy. My second child I had it into 2 months of the prgnency!!!
It sucks when your pregnant and the monthly crap still comes!! I was scared with the first cause each month I thought I was having a miscarriage!!
I still advise people to check it out with a doctor when they know they are pregnant. Just in case

It is o.k. to have a pregnancy a a bit of blood spotting. Since a menstral period starts due to hormone levels, the body may not realize that a pregnancy exits. One thing you have to be really careful of during the first few weeks of a pregnancy is blood spotting and/or pelvic pain.
An ectopic pregnancy is when the fertilized egg implants itself not in the uterus but in the fallopian tube. As the egg grows inside the tube, it can cause a rupture of the tube. It can be dangerous. (I've had two followed by emergency surgeries.)

It is possible to be pregnant and have your period. Try taking another test either at home or in a medical facility.

Yes, I have read in a few places that sometimes a woman may spot a little bit and mistake it for her period. I'd just go take a test.

yes i had a friend who had her period all while pregnant with her second child, it's a hormonal thing, if it continues i would suggest getting it checked that it's not fibroid or something like endemetriosis

Sure. you could ovulate 3 days after you have sex, and the sperm can live in there 3-4 days. it's a bit odd, but it can happen.
