around the world is like around the clock. Every 15* of longitude is one hour (360* divided by 15 is 24). so it is bed time for you while others are getting up some are having breakfast and some lunch or dinner. Being in London (UK) you are likely on Greenwich Mean time. so it should be quite easy to calculate the time any where in the world just by doing a +/- to your own time based on where you want to know the time.
FYI:
If it is 04:30 in London, England then here in Vancouver, Canada it is -9 hours (or 19:30 the day before).

Well, at the time that you posted this, it was 10:30 in Tennessee, US. I was probably taking a shower and getting ready to go to bed myself. I'm usually down by 11:30 because I have to be up a 6:00 am to get the kids to school and day care and get to work.

No way is it bedtime, it's lunchtime!
It's definitely past yesterday's bedtime, but nowhere near today's... Either way, one of us needs some sleep, and it's not me. I just need lunch!
