Make a paste with baking soda & water & put on spot Cat litter will only soak up. Baking soda will remove stain.

When I was growing up, there was this guy who worked at the local gas station. His method was to put a little gas on the oil spot then Tide & scrub the piss outta it (lol). Worked like a charm... good luck!

dawn dish detergent works great at removing oily stains if it if fresh and still sticky cat litter helps to soak it up first.

you can use wood chips for enviormental reasons that is if the oil is still fresh if not then use a high pressure wash would do just fine
