Early 60's stuff either "December's Children" (65) or "Aftermath" (66). Late 60's "Beggar's Banquet" (68) or "Let It Bleed" (69).
70's stuff either "Sticky Fingers" (71) or "Exile On Main Street" (72).
Anything after that the albums get pretty patchy, so stick with hits compilations. "Some Girls" (1978) is the only later album I would recommend all the way through.

Either Let It Bleed or Get Your Ya Yas Out (live album). They were great when Mick Taylor played lead. When Ron Wood joined they got boring.
