Drink lots of water but try not eat bread,potatoes,sweets or drink any kind of caffine. Walk about 1 mile a day or any kind of exercise for 30 minutes a day.

eat low fat, low sugar foods, complex carbohydrates like brown rice and whole grains, beans, seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables and lean meats and other protein sources if you like meat, exercise for 30 mins to 60 mins every other day, preferably more cardio than weight training but you need to do both.
Cut out as much over processed junk as possible, add low fat or non fat dairy and also don't be too strict, allow for a little freedom or you will feel punished and overeat and then feel guilty.
eat until full, not stuffed and eat 3 meals per day and 2 to 3 snacks, all small meals so your metabolism increases which will help you burn calories even when sleeping, and that's also what exercise does.

the only way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet as well as excersing regularly. All those fad diet and diet pills may provide temporary help but in the long run they do not work and they may harm your health over time as well.
You should focus on cutting out carbs, and fat and try not to eat late at night. Cardio and weight exercise are both essential.

Big believer of moderation.Eat 80% full. Start of with a glass of plain h20 before meal. Really, really cut down on sugar water aka soda. No super sizing. Exercise, walking is just as good. Gradual process works better than those drastic,expensive, fancy diet programs which only works short term.

the best way to loose weight is to eat healthy ! totally x out candy and junk food i know it sounds hard but if u really want to loose weight this is the way ow and make sure u always eat a healthy breakfast if u don't eat breakfast then your fat will start pilling up because your buddy is eating the mucsles instead of the fat GOOD LUCK

to lose wait be on time, to lose weight eat right, exercise, walk instead of ride, use a bike instead of a car, use stairs instead of elevators. cut down on all starchy white foods. Like sugar, rice, potatoes, bread. Eat whole grains when you eat starches. eat whole fruit, hides and all if they are eadible. Like dont peal peaches and apples. Eat your veggies raw, carrots, celery, etc. stop eating fried stuff.
