Now this one was a surprise to me when I found the answer (don't other people here bother to do a little research?). The name of the actor, is Joe Pesci. Your "added info", is that Tommy Devito was the character name that Pesci used in "Goodfellas".

Great question...wish there were more like it. "What's your favorite song", is getting pretty redundant.
