I work for deli at a grocery store. and there was a custmer who was next and she was on her cellphone.i had ask can i help you and she didn't answer back. so i went to the next custmer.so while i taking care of her,here comes the custmer who had the phone and sceam me that she was next.well i let here know that i ask if she needed help she was to busy to get off the phone. know isn't that rude of her to be on the phone when she came to the counter for service. and be on the phone instead?

Don't you wish you can take the phones from these rude people and just give them a little tap oh the head with it? Not hit them hard just a little,...tap tap...wake up call. Especially when they are driving and blocking traffic going 15 miles under posted amount. grrr The woman was rude and out of line for screaming at you. The no-class cow! I'm on your side girl. don't take it!!

You should have told her to go in the back of the line. I ignored customers who came in with cell phones.

Ya, I know what you mean, it's rude and you did the right thing, people don't have all day to wait around for people to get off the phone.....ahhhhhhhh.....annoying....anyway, don't feel bad, you did the right thing...God bless

Yes its rude, but honey that's how people are sometimes. But its probably because their to busy talking that they don't know whats going on around them.
